When you think about it, stress has become a way of life for many people in today’s world and certain businesses are more stressful than others.

But what does this look like? How do entrepreneurs create healthy habits for themselves? And why do so many fail at doing so?

Here are ten reasons why your business can make you sick:

• Forgetful and scattered. In other words: memory loss, lack of focus and difficulty completing tasks. This may also include forgetfulness, lack of motivation and energy levels (and vice versa).  This might also cause lack of confidence in yourself and others; plus, lack of creativity and productivity as well as patience when things don’t go according to plan

Always connected or always checking your phone

• You’re always connected to the business.
• You’re always connected to your employees and clients.
• You’re always connected to family and friends.
• And you’re also always connected on social media, email and other forms of communication that keep you in contact with everyone else in the world at all times.

Overworking, overextending, or overindulging in food, alcohol, drugs and/or prescription medications.

You may be thinking, “I don’t indulge in any of these things!” or “I’m not overworked or overextended!” If you are someone who doesn’t indulge in food, alcohol and drugs (prescription medications are a different matter), but does overwork or overextend yourself or if you do indulge and have good health habits then continue reading. The reason why your business can make you sick is because stress can lead to unhealthy habits that could potentially lead to sickness and disease. For example: You’re working so much overtime at your job that eating becomes the last thing on your mind…and soon enough, eating healthy becomes an afterthought as well. Or maybe during all those hours spent working late nights at the office, there was never time for exercise…so now when it comes time for lunchtime yoga class with friends? It’s just not going to happen anymore because there isn’t enough time left in the day after getting home from work around 11PM every night after working until 10AM-2PM depending on what needs doing from day to day (such as writing articles like this one!). Stress creates more stress which creates more stress which creates more stress until eventually it reaches an unsustainable level where even though everything seems fine externally perhaps even better than ever before inside something has gone terribly wrong without anyone noticing until too late.”

Your business will make you sick because you have no sense of control over your own life. You don’t control the outcome of your business and therefore, when things go wrong or slowly, it can be overwhelming.

We think that as entrepreneurs, we’re in control of everything our health, time and emotions; but actually, this is not true. We have been trained through society to think that if something happens that we don’t like or agree with then all we have to do is say something about it or change our behaviour so that it doesn’t happen again. This kind of thinking leads us into a vicious cycle where we blame others for our experiences rather than looking at ourselves as part of the problem (or solution).

Not taking care of yourself in all areas of your life (i.e., mind, body and spirit.)

Your mind, body and spirit are all interconnected. They work together to feed each other and keep you healthy. When one area of your life is out of balance you can start to feel sick or stressed.

Here are some signs that the three areas of your life are unbalanced:

• You have a lack of energy
• You have an inability to concentrate and focus on what matters most in life
• You have trouble sleeping well at night or wake up in the middle of the night worrying about things from your job or personal life
